Arnold Schwarzenegger is a hater of workers, AND a hater of lunch. I, for a very long time, have both loved workers and loved having lunch, but out in California, Colonel Klink (thanks comrade) thinks workers don’t deserve a right to a lunch break any longer. Gray Davis in all of his mediocrity did a great thing by allowing workers to take their boss’s to court of they try to screw them out of their lunch break.
The San Francisco Chronicle reports that the Governor has made the move to undo these protections, and is moving into a fight with labor in California. Arnold is a disgusting and despicable man, who unfortunately carries an 81% approval rating right now. Of course this all lingers under the mantra protecting business.
Who would have ever thought we would slip back into fighting for lunch breaks. Damn it!
