The Assembly election that is fast approaching here in Ecuador has me incredibly confused, so I cannot imagine how confusing it must be to all of you. I ran across an article Prensa Latina that talks about the ballot and some of the voting procedures. Citizens are required to vote in Ecuador, so on September 30 everyone has to do.
the national ballot will be 35×18 inches and will have the photos and names of all 624 candidates
And we were whining about a butterfly ballot! Though I am pretty sure photos would have helped.
