I am out of town right now in capitol of the Midwest, Chicago. My union is fighting really hard for 50,000 childcare workers, and unfortunately another union decided to fight as well. It totally sucks to be in a fight with another union, but we want the best for the workers, so sometimes it happens. I do not have a lot of time to write the entire story, but I am out here for about 5 days to head up the IT team. It is totally nerd-riffic, but hey, we all have our niche.
